Colleen Bell (with the Support of her wonderful husband Kerry) has always enjoyed "making" things. She especially enjoys art, gardening, nature and herbal craft and re-purposing things to create beauty and functionality.. As a life long gardener, the joy of using herbs and botanicals in natural skin and body care products turned from a hobby to a profit center when Colleen started teaching her friends how to make their own moisturizers and lip balms. She has been making and selling skin care products since 1994. Every thing Earth Wisdom produces is completely 'clean' and totally natural and mostly organic. No synthetic anything. Many products now sold here were originally developed per request from friends or acquaintances who wanted or needed a certain salve or cream etc. Those listed on this site have stood the test of time. Earth Wisdom added Soothing Sac's and other Hot Rock items to its catalog in 1997. The Natural heating/cooling pads are wonderful for cold Iowa winters, as well as for cold feet or aches and pains where either heat of cold is recommended. |
